ahh99 Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "ahh99" / "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at ahh99.cam and all associated services, products, tools, and content provided therein.
• "Player" / "User" / "you" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the ahh99 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered account created by a Player upon successful completion of the ahh99 registration process.
• "Games" refers to all gaming products available on the ahh99 platform, including but not limited to: slot games, live dealer games, table games, bingo, sportsbook markets, esports markets, and specialty games.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free spin, cashback offer, deposit match, loyalty reward, or other incentive offered by ahh99 to eligible Players.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a Player's ahh99 account wallet, inclusive of real money deposits and, where applicable, active bonus funds.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required by ahh99 and applicable Philippine gaming regulations to confirm a Player's identity, age, and payment ownership.
• "Applicable Law" refers to all laws, regulations, orders, and directives of the Republic of the Philippines applicable to online gaming and the operations of ahh99.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ahh99 platform, creating an account, or using any service offered by ahh99, you unconditionally and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including any amendments or updates thereto as published by ahh99 from time to time.

Your acceptance of these Terms constitutes a binding legal agreement between you and ahh99. These Terms apply to all aspects of your use of the platform, including account registration, deposits, gameplay, withdrawals, participation in promotions, and use of customer support services.

If you do not accept these Terms in full, you are not permitted to register an account or use any part of the ahh99 platform. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment to these Terms shall be deemed acceptance of the amended Terms.

3. Eligibility & Age Requirement

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on ahh99, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity);
• You are accessing and using the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited;
• You are not a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of ahh99 or any of its affiliated game providers;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether self-imposed through the ahh99 platform or imposed by a regulatory authority;
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

ahh99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any Player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or termination and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

4. Account Registration

To access the full range of services on ahh99, Players must complete the registration process and create an account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual Player is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) active account on the ahh99 platform. The existence of duplicate or multiple accounts associated with the same individual — whether identified by name, address, device, IP address, payment method, or any other identifying information — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process and to keep your account information current and up-to-date at all times. Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination without refund of any balance.

4.3 Registration Information Required

During the registration process, ahh99 will collect information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. This information is collected for account management, regulatory compliance, and KYC verification purposes, and is processed in accordance with ahh99's Privacy Policy.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. ahh99 strongly recommends that Players:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available in account settings;
• Never share account credentials with any third party;
• Log out of the platform after each session, particularly on shared or public devices;
• Contact ahh99 support immediately if they suspect unauthorized access to their account.

ahh99 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from a Player's failure to maintain adequate account security. Any activity conducted through your account using your login credentials will be deemed to have been authorized by you, unless you have reported a security breach to ahh99 support in advance of the activity in question.

ahh99 reserves the right to lock or suspend any account where suspicious activity is detected, including but not limited to: unusual login patterns, suspected unauthorized access, or activity inconsistent with the account's normal use profile.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

ahh99 accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the platform, including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and CLiQQ. All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from payment accounts belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited.

Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the ahh99 cashier page and are subject to change. As of the date of this document, the minimum deposit at ahh99 is ₱100 across all supported payment methods. ahh99 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposits where possible. Players requesting their first withdrawal, or withdrawals above a specified threshold, will be required to complete KYC identity verification before the withdrawal is processed. This is a regulatory requirement and not a barrier to payment.

ahh99 aims to process withdrawal requests as promptly as possible. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of submission. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take up to 30 minutes depending on the receiving institution's processing time.

6.3 Currency

All transactions on the ahh99 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Account balances, game bets, winnings, and bonus amounts are all displayed in PHP.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

ahh99 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each promotion. In addition to promotion-specific terms, the following general bonus rules apply:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before bonus funds can be withdrawn;
• Bonuses are available only to Players who meet the stated eligibility criteria for each specific offer;
• Only one bonus may be active at a time, unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise;
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value except as expressly stated in the promotion terms;
• ahh99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Any Player found to be abusing the bonus system — including through multi-accounting, use of betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, or collusion with other Players — will have all bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited and may have their account terminated.

ahh99 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or winnings derived from a bonus if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player has violated the bonus terms or engaged in bonus abuse.

8. Game Rules & Fairness

All games offered on the ahh99 platform are sourced from certified third-party game providers whose random number generator (RNG) systems are independently audited and certified for fairness. The outcome of all RNG-based games is determined by a certified and statistically random process that cannot be influenced by ahh99 or by any Player.

Each game available on ahh99 has its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money bets. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of the relevant game.

In the event of a technical error, game malfunction, or system failure during a game round, ahh99 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the wagered amount to the Player's account balance. Bets resulting from technical errors will not be honored.

8.1 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games at ahh99 are operated by certified third-party studio providers. These games use real physical equipment — cards, roulette wheels, dice — operated by professional dealers in certified studio environments. The live feed is broadcast in real time and is subject to the studio provider's own terms and operational rules in addition to these Terms.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ahh99 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time;
• Accessing the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using the platform on behalf of a third party or accepting deposits or withdrawals for third parties;
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the platform;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or match-fixing in any game;
• Exploiting any software bug, error, or vulnerability in any game or platform system;
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any illegal financial activity;

• Abusing, harassing, or threatening ahh99 staff or other Players.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the ahh99 platform — including but not limited to software, design elements, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, and brand materials — is the intellectual property of ahh99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ahh99 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the platform.

The ahh99 name, logo, and all associated brand elements are trademarks of ahh99. Unauthorised use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, ahh99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, interruption of service, or any other loss or damage of any kind.

ahh99 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available continuously and without interruption, that it will be free from errors or defects, or that any defects will be corrected. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

In jurisdictions where limitations on implied warranties or exclusions of liability are not permitted, ahh99's liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ahh99's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Applicable Law.

12. Responsible Gaming

ahh99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes the welfare of its Players seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players and can be accessed directly from your account settings without needing to contact support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit;
• Loss Limits: Restrict the amount you can lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Limits: Set automatic session duration reminders and cut-offs;
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and prevent any future registration.

13. Account Closure & Termination

13.1 Voluntary Closure

Players may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting ahh99 customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements.

13.2 Termination by ahh99

ahh99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of any actual or suspected breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abusive conduct, or where required by Applicable Law or regulatory instruction. In cases of termination for breach, ahh99 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation.

13.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more. ahh99 will attempt to notify the Player of account inactivity by email before any administrative fees are applied. Administrative fees for inactive accounts will not reduce the account balance below zero.

14. Amendments to Terms

ahh99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and for any reason, including to reflect changes in Applicable Law, regulatory requirements, platform features, or business operations.

Where a material change is made to these Terms, ahh99 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the platform prior to the change taking effect. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the ahh99 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must close your account before the amended Terms take effect.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute between you and ahh99, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally. The ahh99 support team is available 24/7 via live chat and will make every reasonable effort to resolve complaints in a fair and timely manner.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal means, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Players also have the right to escalate complaints to the relevant gaming regulatory authority in the Philippines.
